Privacy requests help you control your personal data. Use this page to submit a verified request to access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, or limit the use of sensitive data. How to submit privacy requests

Complete the form below with your region, request type, and contact email. Provide enough detail for us to locate your account (e.g., email used, order IDs, screenshots). We will use this information only to fulfill your request.


Types of privacy requests we support

  • Access / Copy – receive the personal data we hold about you (GDPR Art. 15). GDPR
  • Correction (Rectification) – fix inaccurate or incomplete data (GDPR Art. 16; CPRA “Right to Correct”). GDPR+1
  • Deletion (Erasure) – request we delete personal data where applicable (GDPR Art. 17; CCPA Delete). GDPR+1
  • Opt out of sale/share (California) – stop the sale or sharing of personal information (CPRA). Yes on Prop 24

We’ll tell you if a request cannot be completed due to legal exceptions (e.g., security, fraud prevention, or record-keeping obligations).


What we need for verification

To protect your data, we verify identity before acting on privacy requests. Verification may involve email confirmation, a one-time code, or limited documentation that matches our records. (We minimize what we collect and delete verification documents after completion.)
